Streptavidin Conjugate — Cy3-Streptavidin is commonly used for antibody array detection. It can be purchased from any vendors including GE Healthcare: PA43001; Invitrogen: S-32355 (Alexa Fluor 555 streptavidin); Sigma: S6402. Other dye labeled streptavidin can be used in place of Cy3-streptavidin if the dye is compatible with your array scanner.
